Die Cutting & Slotting
Corrugated sheets/boards are accurately cut, creased and slotted to produce precise box dimensions.
Step 5
Folding & Pasting
Automated folder gluer machines ensure clean folds and strong adhesive bonding for superior box quality.
Step 6
Stitching / Pinning
Heavy-duty cartons are stitched using automatic stitching machines for maximum strength.

Quality Inspection
Every batch undergoes dimensional checks, print inspection and strength testing before dispatch.

Packing & Dispatch
Finished cartons are bundled, palletized and dispatched on schedule to customers across Bengaluru.
